We want you to love your purchase from ADARA, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To start a return please return your items and include the packing slip originally sent to the following address: Adara, Unit 22, City Square Shopping Centre, Waterford, X91NN93
Return Timeframes

Ireland: Items must be returned to us strictly within 14 days of receiving your order

UK & Northern Ireland: Items must be returned to us stritcly within 18 days of receiving your order
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Items must be returned with original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds & Credits

Full-price items are eligible for a refund

Sale items are non-refundable — a store credit may be issued instead
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days, less original shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs

Original shipping costs (including subsidised or free shipping) will be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as items remain your responsibility until received by us
Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are subsidised to keep them affordable. In the case of returns, customers are responsible for the full cost of postage and packaging, which may exceed the amount originally charged.
Currency
Refunds are processed in the original currency paid (EUR, GBP, USD).
Please note that due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original payment. We are not responsible for any differences caused by currency changes.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing info@adara.ie with your order number.
After this time, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned in line with our returns policy.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in checking all items before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty:

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

If the item is a gift or the issue is not immediately apparent, faults must be reported within 30 days of receipt
Once reviewed, we will offer:

A replacement, where available

Or store credit

In some cases, a refund
We are unable to accept faults reported after 30 days, as wear, washing, and general use can affect garments over time.
Damaged Returns
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

Items are returned worn, damaged, or altered

The condition does not match the reason for return
If a return is rejected:

We will notify you and may provide photographic evidence

You may request the item to be returned to you at your own cost
Click & Collect

Orders will be held for 14 days after notification

A further 7 days grace period will be given
After this:

Orders will be refunded minus a €10 restocking fee
If you wish to have your order posted instead, a shipping fee will apply.
