Delivery and Shipping

Our orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

UK customers Brexit info: All orders are sent from the Republic of Ireland so you will be liable for duties or taxes/VAT if you are in the UK, we are not responsible for these custom charges and if an item is returned to us with unpaid fees we are not liable to refund you. 

Please note full addresses including eircode/postcodes must be provided- we try where possible to contact you where an incomplete address is given.  However during busy periods this is not always possible.  In the case of misdelivery due to an incomplete address no refund or replacement will be sent.

  • Standard delivery: €5.99
  • Standard delivery for big items: €9.99
    Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. 
    United Kingdom
      • Standard delivery: €10.99 
      • Standard delivery for big items: €14.99
    • Please allow 4-14 business days for delivery. 

    International

      • Standard delivery: €10.99 
      • Standard delivery for big items: €14.99
    • Please allow 7-20 business days for delivery. 

    Correct Delivery Information

    Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

    In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for Irish deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at info@adara.ie

    Non-Deliveries

    If there is no one available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

    If you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot as specified we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs that are associated with the delivery. If we are unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel your order. In this case we will only be able to offer a full refund if the products are returned to us in perfect saleable condition. Where applicable and return delivery charges apply, we will deduct the cost of returning the goods to us from your refund. In this instance original postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.

    Preorders

    Please note that preorder items will be sent on the date indicated on the preorder dispatch date (usually one week after you have ordered).

    If you have purchased more than one item and one of them is a preorder, all items will be sent together. However, if you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please contact us, and we can arrange for the additional postage to cover two parcels.
